Available questions​

  • Club Health — overview of active students, attendance trends, recent activity, and a Trial Pipeline summary (new leads this month, lifetime conversion rate). The overall attendance rate excludes known absences from both numerator and denominator, so a club with a lot of pre-notified absences isn't shown as less healthy than it really is.
  • Retention Risk — students who may be drifting: low attendance or not seen recently. A student's known absences (register marked "known absence") don't count against them here — only unexplained gaps do.
  • Comms Gaps — students who haven't been contacted recently
  • Lesson Suggestion — technique recommendations based on recent plans and student grades

Setup​

Go to Admin → Integrations → Settings and configure, in order:

  • Provider — Claude or ChatGPT
  • Model — pick from the dropdown of current models for your chosen provider. This is required — AI Insights won't run until a model is selected, and there's no hardcoded fallback. The value is checked against the provider's live model list when you save it, so an invalid or outdated model ID is rejected immediately rather than failing silently later.
  • API Key — your provider API key (masked after entry)
