Available questions​

  • Club Health — overview of active students, attendance trends, and recent activity
  • Retention Risk — students who may be drifting: low attendance or not seen recently
  • Grading Readiness — who is close to meeting the criteria for their next grade
  • Comms Gaps — students who haven't been contacted recently
  • Lesson Suggestion — technique recommendations based on recent plans and student grades

Setup​

Go to Admin → Integrations → App Settings and configure:

  • AI_PROVIDER — anthropic or openai
  • AI_MODEL — e.g. claude-sonnet-4-5 or gpt-4o
  • AI_API_KEY — your API key (masked after entry)
